This week, CONQA hosted our inaugural learning and development day, designed to provide a support structure for our team to be proactive in their learning and development journeys. The concept and agenda for the day were driven by our people and their interest in the growth and development opportunities available to them within CONQA.
Hosted in our Auckland office and broadcast to our Australian and remote working teams, we took the time to down tools and focus on the content provided during each session. The tradition of Kai for Kapa was incorporated into the day, to further nurture connections and collaboration amongst our team.
During the morning session, two CONQA superstars, Lena Solomon – Implementation Team Lead and Tony Murphy – Senior Account Manager shared their journeys of what led them to CONQA, as well as their growth within their roles, and how they have navigated learning and development opportunities across their careers.
For our afternoon session, we heard from two special guests, Neha Bhardwaj and Richard S.W Harknett. Both Neha and Richard have worked alongside the CONQA team as we have grown over the years and provided our team with great insights and advice they have learnt across their careers.
It was fantastic to have our team come together across New Zealand and Australia to collaborate on how we can continue to share learning and development opportunities across CONQA.
