Location: Melbourne, Victoria | Employment Type: Full-Time | Salary: $75,000 to $100,000

The Opportunity:

As an Account Exec, you'll play a pivotal role in managing and delivering exceptional customer experiences across a portfolio of new and existing accounts. Your journey with each client starts from the Pilot Project stage, ensuring customers fully leverage CONQA as an integral business solution. Your ability to understand and address customer challenges will help drive successful outcomes, fostering growth and loyalty.

How You Will Shape Our Account Management:

  • Collaborate with construction companies to deliver on CONQA's value proposition.
  • Establish Pilot Projects for new clients to quickly demonstrate CONQA's usefulness and engage them with the platform.
  • Identify customer challenges and objectives, delivering solutions via CONQA.
  • Maintain expertise and provide clever, efficient implementation of CONQA.
  • Expand accounts from Pilot Projects to broader company adoption.

 

What Success Looks Like:

  • You develop a set of leads in conjunction with an in market SDR, to grow new logo revenue.
  • You own and develop the success of a portfolio of accounts, which is reflected in strong Net Revenue Retention.
  • You are growing accounts from using CONQA on one project, to all projects.
  • You collaborate with Sales & Marketing, and Product teams, to ensure we are continuously improving our products and services.
