Our Variations feature allows your team to quickly adapt to client change requests by capturing and centralising information for easy reporting. Giving you the confidence to know you'll be paid fairly for the work completed.

Getting set up with Variations

Easily capture and document project Variations directly from your mobile or tablet while on-site. This will automatically sync to the Variations Register in the CONQA desktop console.

Easily configure your Variations to match the level of detail required, such as scope of work and value. You can also request signatures from those on-site or seek off-site approvals by sending a sign-off request, ensuring no level of detail is missed.

Once the work is complete, update your Variations to include who was responsible for each portion of the job and materials used. Calculate any necessary costs and they'll be automatically included in your final QA report. Providing you a single source of truth.
