CONQA began in 2015 with a simple observation: the people building things were buried in forms, and the forms weren’t helping them build. So we digitised the checklists, the ITPs, the sign-offs, and it worked. We’ve now worked with thousands of companies around the world, helping them complete hundreds of thousands of checklists and send millions of reports.
But watching all that work taught us something the industry already knew: nobody needed neater paperwork – they needed what the paperwork was always for. Proof. The record that releases the claim, answers for your name when work is questioned, and stands behind the next bid. The work was almost always good; what broke was being able to show it.
That’s what CONQA is now: not a tidier way to fill in forms, but the record that proves the work was done right, built as you work, tied to the exact lot or unit, there the day someone asks.

We ask the same things of ourselves that we ask of a record.
CONQA runs on four values. It’s no accident they describe what a good record does: made as the work happens, made by everyone, owned by name, and still standing years later.
We share early, we share often. The product exists so nobody has to take anyone’s word for anything, and we hold ourselves to the standard we sell. Problems get raised while they’re still small, which is the same argument we make about defects.
We win as one. Our mission has been the same since 2015: enable the hard-working men and women on the ground to drive the results the construction industry deserves. If the crew won’t use it, it doesn’t ship.
We own our outcomes. Our name goes on our work the same way yours goes on a pour or a panel. When we say the record will be there, it’s there, and we stay with a problem through to resolution.
We drive value that lasts. The record has to outlive the project, the software contract and the people who built it. We make the same call about the decisions we take here.
