10 Years of CONQA: Reflecting on a decade of growth & innovation

In 2015, CONQA started with a simple yet ambitious idea: to make quality assurance in construction easier. Our co-founders saw firsthand the inefficiencies that construction teams faced every day—lost paperwork, missed inspections, and frustrating rework. They knew technology could help, but they also knew the industry needed solutions that worked in the real world, on real job sites.

Fast forward ten years, and we’re incredibly proud of how far we’ve come. The construction industry has evolved dramatically, and so have we. Today, CONQA supports teams across Australia and New Zealand, helping them deliver quality work with confidence. As we celebrate this milestone, we’re taking a moment to reflect on what we’ve learned, the challenges we’ve tackled, and what’s ahead for the future of construction.

How Construction has changed in the last 10 Years

Lessons from a decade of growth

• Resilience is key. From early startup struggles to expanding into new markets, we’ve had to learn how to ride the ups and downs of growth. The construction industry is tough, and building technology for it requires the same level of grit and determination.
