CONQA ties every check, photo, and sign-off to the individual unit as it moves through production, so what leaves the factory carries its own record. “This is how it left us” only works if you can show it.

How long does the element record last?

As long as the element. The record is permanent, retrievable and exportable in full – it survives the file, the person and the project, and it’s still there when someone asks about a unit years after dispatch.

What happens when an element is disputed years later?

The record answers. Whatever is wrong defaults to the maker until you can show the state the unit left you in – the per-element record of checks, photos and sign-offs is that answer, without anyone digging through folders for a job nobody remembers.
