CONQA is for construction businesses that are paid, protected, and judged on QA evidence. In practice that’s two groups.
Civil and infrastructure contractors running QA-gated progress claims – where the hold point gates the claim, and the record is what releases the money. Evidence is captured against the ITP and hold-point schedule, tied to the lot, and assembles into a claim-ready record as the work happens.
Manufacturers of engineered products – precast, switchboards, structural steel, windows and doors – whose products go into someone else’s build. Every unit leaves the factory with its own record of what it is and that it was made right, so the proof travels with the unit.
The fit signal is simple: someone in your contracting chain – a principal, a head contractor, a client – requires evidence your work was done right, and producing that evidence today costs you held money, close-out scrambles, or exposure you’d rather not carry.

Who CONQA is not for
CONQA is not for everyone, and it’s better both of us know that now than after a demo. Three situations where it isn’t the right buy:
No QA requirements in your chain. If no principal, head contractor, or client requires QA evidence from you – no ITPs, no hold points, no QC pack gating acceptance or payment – then the problems CONQA solves aren’t costing you anything yet.
Your client dictates the software. If the principal, builder, or client mandates which QA system you use, you don’t have a decision to make – and we’d rather say that plainly than try to sell around it.
Sole traders. If you’re a one-person operation invoicing on completion, with no QA-gated claims and no tender asking what your QA system is, CONQA is more system than you need today.
If that’s you, keep our name for the day a contract lands that your current setup can’t carry. That’s usually the moment this decision makes itself.
