Is CONQA right for your business? Here’s a straight answer.

This page tells you who CONQA fits, who it doesn’t, what happens next, and how pricing works. CONQA is construction quality assurance software built on proof – the record that proves the work was done right.

Who CONQA is for

CONQA is for construction businesses that are paid, protected, and judged on QA evidence. In practice that’s two groups.

Civil and infrastructure contractors running QA-gated progress claims – where the hold point gates the claim, and the record is what releases the money. Evidence is captured against the ITP and hold-point schedule, tied to the lot, and assembles into a claim-ready record as the work happens.

Manufacturers of engineered products – precast, switchboards, structural steel, windows and doors – whose products go into someone else’s build. Every unit leaves the factory with its own record of what it is and that it was made right, so the proof travels with the unit.

The fit signal is simple: someone in your contracting chain – a principal, a head contractor, a client – requires evidence your work was done right, and producing that evidence today costs you held money, close-out scrambles, or exposure you’d rather not carry.

One record per lot or unit – evidence captured as the work happens, not reconstructed after.

If your money, your name, or your next job depends on showing your work, CONQA fits.

Who CONQA is not for

CONQA is not for everyone, and it’s better both of us know that now than after a demo. Three situations where it isn’t the right buy:

No QA requirements in your chain. If no principal, head contractor, or client requires QA evidence from you – no ITPs, no hold points, no QC pack gating acceptance or payment – then the problems CONQA solves aren’t costing you anything yet.

Your client dictates the software. If the principal, builder, or client mandates which QA system you use, you don’t have a decision to make – and we’d rather say that plainly than try to sell around it.

Sole traders. If you’re a one-person operation invoicing on completion, with no QA-gated claims and no tender asking what your QA system is, CONQA is more system than you need today.

If that’s you, keep our name for the day a contract lands that your current setup can’t carry. That’s usually the moment this decision makes itself.

Fit is a gate, not a pitch – if the record isn’t worth money to you, we’ll say so.

We’d rather qualify you out honestly than sign you up badly.

What happens next

Getting started with CONQA takes three plain steps.

1. See it working. Book a demo and we’ll walk through the record building itself on work like yours – your kind of checks, your kind of sign-offs.

2. Get your pricing. Book a demo and you’ll hear back within one business day with a quote shaped to the work you do. No obligation.

3. Set up with our team. We set the system up around your checks – your ITPs, your hold points, your sign-off chain – so the record starts building on live work, not in a training room.

Common questions

How much does CONQA cost?

CONQA is priced as a subscription, quoted to each business rather than published as a flat rate. What you pay is shaped to your operation – the kind of work you do and the scale you run it at. To get a price, book a demo (a work email is required); you’ll hear back within one business day with pricing shaped to the work you do, with no obligation.

Is there a free trial?

No. CONQA doesn’t offer a self-serve free trial. The fastest way to evaluate it is a demo on work like yours, followed by pricing on request – both take minutes to arrange and neither carries an obligation.

Who is CONQA for?

CONQA is for civil and infrastructure contractors whose progress claims are gated on QA evidence, and for manufacturers of engineered products – precast, switchboards, structural steel, and windows and doors – whose products go into someone else’s build and need the proof to travel with them.

Who is CONQA not a good fit for?

CONQA is not a good fit for businesses with no QA requirements in their contracting chain, for contractors whose client dictates which QA software they must use, or for sole traders invoicing on completion with no QA-gated claims. If none of your money, liability, or tenders turns on QA evidence, CONQA won’t pay for itself yet.

Does CONQA replace my ERP or other systems?

No. CONQA is the independent QA record. It runs alongside your ERP, scheduling system, and spreadsheets rather than replacing them – deliberately. The record is permanent, exportable in full, and yours to keep, whatever else changes in your stack.
