The Opportunity:

As the Executive and Sales Assistant, you will provide essential executive support to our Co-founder & CEO, Dan, who is focused on leading and accelerating our growth in Australia. In this role, you will work closely with Dan to manage his day-to-day priorities, from internal meetings to staying on top of the sales pipeline and customer interactions. Your ability to proactively organise and prioritise tasks will be instrumental in driving our Australian growth efforts.

What you’ll be doing

Executive Support:

  • Manage Dan’s diary and time, ensuring his schedule is optimised for maximum efficiency.
  • Coordinate internal and external meetings, handling all logistical details seamlessly.

Proactive Sales Support:

  • Organise and prioritise tasks in the sales pipeline, ensuring timely follow-ups and actions.
  • Prepare proposals, briefings, and other sales documents to support sales activities.
  • Coordinate and manage email communications with customers and prospects, ensuring professional and prompt responses.
  • Assist in triaging and prioritising customer and prospect communications.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, maintaining positive and productive relationships.

Event and Office Coordination:

  • Coordinate team events and meetings for our Melbourne based team, ensuring they run smoothly and efficiently.
  • Manage light office coordination tasks within our shared co-working space.
