The challenges of managing multiple jobs manually
Before adopting CONQA, Flooring Junction relied on manual and paper-based processes, which were time-consuming and prone to errors. Project Manager, Lofty, who is responsible for overseeing multiple projects simultaneously, found it a burden to conduct quality control (QC) checks at every site. Manual ITPs were adding hours to his daily schedule.
"Previously, I needed to be onsite and at each location to conduct quality checks as work is progressing through each stage of flooring being laid. This was increasingly difficult to manage and be onsite with a lot of travel required to make it to each site in time. Teams were progressing projects which involved laying flooring, adding the first layer, adding a second layer and then adding the final coating, all of which required in-person checks."
