With over four decades of experience in infrastructure, commercial and residential construction, Russell Gordon Contracting (RGC) has mastered the art of concrete and masonry delivery.

Amongst its clients, RGC has secured and successfully delivered concrete and masonry scope for Fletcher Residential and JFC for well over 30 years. It has delivered a myriad of successful projects across New Zealand, including contracts with the Eastern Busway Alliance, IKEA and Sylvia Park sites.

Mike Rankin, Commercial Manager at RGC, determined CONQA as the best fit for the organisation while on the lookout for a Quality Management Software that complemented their job flow.

Rod Gordon, Managing Director of RGC, highlights the value of establishing subsequent action plans using the solution. “Every time we pick up a quality issue on CONQA, we have the opportunity to put in place an action plan to either rectify it immediately or learn from it,” he says.

Rod adds “It allows our guys to visually record progress with attachments to milestones in a transparent portal that ensures shared divisional and organisational responsibility in closing out all items.”
