The opportunity:
We’re looking for an Account Manager to join our team in Melbourne. You’ll be responsible for managing a portfolio of customers, helping them get the most out of CONQA, and ensuring they stay and grow with us.
This is a hands-on role where you’ll work directly with customers: training new users, solving problems, spotting opportunities to add value, and building strong long-term relationships. If you’re passionate about helping people succeed with software and want to play a key role in scaling a product that’s changing an industry, we’d love to hear from you.
What you'll be doing
- Onboarding & training: help new customers get set up and confident using CONQA
- Adoption & engagement: check in regularly, track usage and support ongoing success
- Retention & risk management: spot early signs of disengagement and respond quickly
- Customer advocacy: champion customer feedback internally and collaborate with product, sales and support teams
- Reporting & tracking: monitor account health and keep CRM records up to date
What you'll bring
- 2+ years' experience in Account Management, Customer Success, or SaaS customer-facing roles
- Strong communication and relationship building skills
- Proactive, solutions-focused mindset
- Comfortable juggling multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with tools like HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar
- Experience in construction or infrastructure is a bonus but not essential
