“We’ve got it set up now where we work fairly collaboratively with the client. They can get into CONQA and make changes, essentially a user same as us. It makes it easy, and they’re now physically building up the QA package with us.”

CONQA eliminates this gap by making QA part of the work, not an extra step. Photos are now taken and attached on the go, checkpoints are updated in the field, and everything is time-stamped and stored in one place.
“It’s real-time. Before, QA would get pushed back… now, it’s so accessible that people just do it. And the client can see the photo, the date, the checkpoint, everything.”
